MP for the BC Southern Interior reacts to news

News federal NDP leader Jack Layton has been diagnosed with prostate cancer won't affect the party according to the MP for the BC Southern Interior. Alex Atamenanko says he's confident Layton can beat the disease and the diagnosis of someone as high profile as the NDP leader, may lead more men to be tested.

Layton will continue to lead the party while he undergoes treatment.
