Castlegar's Mayor will be in the thick of all of the Olympic action in Vancouver....but he won't be taking in any events...
Mayor Lawrence Chernoff says he will be volunteering at the Kootenay Rockies exhibit tent.
The mayor will be in Vancouver for 4 days acting as an ambassador for the East and West Kootenay regions.
