Celgar court date may be avoided

Castlegar's mayor says there's a possibility the city may be able to avoid a court date later this month against pulp mill Zellstoff Celgar.
Lawrence Chernoff says the lines of communication are open between the city and Celgar and they've been discussing issues around taxation in particular.
The dates of March 22nd and 23rd have been set aside in BC Supreme Court, following last summer's suit by Celgar calling the city's industry tax rate "unfair and unreasonable".
