SD 20 budget set

There's some good news in the Kootenay Columbia School District budget numbers.

Superintendent Jean Borsa says there's more per student funding, and they're getting their annual facilities grant back.

As for the total budget, it's just over 36-million dollars, and the loss is far less than the 1-million dollars a year they were expecting.

Borsa adds they still need to look at the fine details of the budget, but the formula does cover labour costs and salary increases.
