Who starts work at 9am any more? You’ve got personal emails to check, sports scores to read and coffee to drink! So the 9@9 helps you feel a little less guilty about your procrastination (because I know the guilt was eating you away inside…). 9 tunes in a row makes those first 30 or 40 minutes of your day fly by. Then you can maybe think of getting things going. 9:45 really is the Kootenays version of 9:00 anyway.
Then it’s just a hop, skip and a bending guitar note away from your Classic Nooner. The Stones, Petty, Bowie, and last night’s leftovers: now that’s a lunch I can get behind. I’ll even bring you back to the big event of each day with On This Classic Day. All that and our local events, the odd guest and a few jokes (often poorly thought out material mind you) and then I hand it over to Kuchar.
